I am based near Orpington and rely on local bus routes, so the land needs to be situated within the Orpington, Cudham, Pratt's Bottom, Chelsfield, Halstead, or Sevenoaks borders.
Requirements:
- Secure boundaries/fencing.
- A reliable water supply.
- Suitable for three incredibly quiet, well-behaved horses (one riding horse, two small ponies).
About Me:
I am a mature, experienced, and responsible horse owner. I strictly keep my land clean, tidy, and well-managed, and I do not tolerate any yard drama. I am completely self-sufficient and do not require any luxury equestrian facilities—an awkward corner of an agricultural farm or an empty orchard would suit me perfectly.
Budget & Timeline:
Up to £300 per month depending on the plot. Excellent character and land-care references are available. Ready to secure a lease immediately.
